Chris Cakes Pancake Eating Record

This man from Orange County, CA had just moved to Kansas City, KS and was at his very first CHRIS CAKES Fundraising Event on Feb 26, 2005 at Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship.  He managed to eat 72 full-size (5" diameter) pancakes in just 1 hour and 15 minutes.  That's one pancake EVERY MINUTE!!!  We're not sure if he's had pancakes since then, but the picture above proves that he lived to tell about it...  Good Luck with your endeavor to break our record!!!
