What YOUR GROUP Needs To Provide
Unloading
& Setting Up |
The
Serving Line & Volunteers |
We
will arrive 90 minutes prior to the start of your event. You
must have 1 or 2 volunteers meet us to help unload and get set up.

Depending
on the size of your crowd, the serving line can be self-serve or you
might want to help serve the sausage and drinks. |

We
need two 8' long tables (one for our equipment ~ the other
for your
serving line) and several large trash cans. |
If you plan to serve more than 200 people, then you will need to
keep the syrup bottles re-filled throughout the event. |

We need access to one 110v electrical outlet and potable water to
mix our pancake batter. |
With
your help, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to clean up and
reload our equipment. |
