Over the past 22 years, CHRIS CAKES has catered for some of the nation's and KC area's most well-known celebrities, politicians, athletes, corporations, organizations, civic groups, events & celebrations, open houses, and the list goes on and on...
Our greatest achievement was making three separate trips after 9/11/2001 into GROUND ZERO in New York City to help feed the firemen and volunteers working near the World Trade Center. One year later, on September 12, 2002 "The Kansas City Chris Cakes Crew" was formally recognized by the GREATER KANSAS CITY FEDERAL EXECUTIVE BOARD. "For their contributions and support of the work crews and displaced persons at Ground Zero, September 2001" This event and the many others that CHRIS CAKES has provided for over the years helped the owner, Steve Hamilton, become Louisburg's "Citizen of the Year" for 2001~2002. |
We have also been featured in several national magazines and area newspapers. There is hardly an event that we cater to where somebody hasn't seen or heard of CHRIS CAKES before. If you want your FUNDRAISING EVENT to be a success, just advertise that CHRIS CAKES will be there. In fact, people from around the country call us and send us e-mails weekly just to order our PANCAKE MIX.
